Overcome Procrastination Using The Body Code

Did you have any goals for the year now coming to an end?  How about a New Year’s resolution?  How did you do with that?  Or an even better question: Do you even remember what your goals and commitments were?

You are not alone.  It was a crazy year where things didn’t quite go as we expected them to.  So now is the time to get ready for the year to come.  A year that will also be very different than the one coming to an end.

If you haven’t started working on how you are going to thrive in the year to come, you are already past the best time to get started.  I began in September this year.  I had my three 2021 “banner goals”  written with plans for their attainment by early October.  Now, in December, I have begun implementing these plans already so I am starting the new year off running, not walking.

It wasn’t always this way.  I used to always give my annual Goal Setting workshop in January, way too late to get started.  I started late, started slow and by April or May I was right back to where I was.  I was the living embodiment of the phrase “you teach best what you most need to learn.”

After receiving Emotion Code, and later, Body Code sessions, my planning got earlier, my results were more consistent and I became a more effective teacher and healer.   Since becoming certified in these modalities, I am now making a difference in the lives of my clients through individual sessions, groups and special programs.

It all starts with eliminating procrastination.  You have to get started now. Today. Take action.  And if there is anything holding you back (Are you not taking action? Then something is holding you back…), get help.  Join a group.  Read a book.  Have a few Body Code sessions (what made the biggest difference for me).

If you just keep doing in the future the same thing you did in the past, expect similar results.

Would you like a complementary Whole Body Inventory Session to see where you have imbalances that can clear away procrastination?  Go to https://stringham.as.me/inventory.  I’ll be happy to spend some time to see if the Body Code is right for you.
